Rabbit's original wine-preservation system built its name on a simple mechanical vacuum pump paired with reusable rubber stoppers. The V-Gauge stoppers are the branded replacement stoppers for that system: the gauge-style top clicks or pops once the pump has pulled sufficient vacuum, signalling that the bottle is sealed for storage.
