Kentucky bourbon, a Roman-style flatbread and a much-loved Wan Chai favourite, together at one table.
We're delighted to share the first official Gentleman's Cut Bourbon food pairing in Hong Kong. Gentleman's Cut Bourbon by Stephen Curry has joined RAF by Roucou on Wan Chai's Star Street for a limited Pinza and bourbon cocktail pairing. It brings together flavours from Kentucky, Rome and our own neighbourhood.
A Neighbourhood Favourite on a Roman Flatbread
The pairing features a Pinza made with curry from Sun King Yuen (新景園咖喱小廚). This family-run restaurant on Spring Garden Lane has been a Wan Chai favourite for many years, and we love that a local classic is at the heart of the dish.
Pinza Romana is a long, Roman-style flatbread made from slow-fermented sourdough, crisp outside and light inside.
As for how it all comes together with Gentleman's Cut, we'll leave that for you to discover. During the collaboration, a signed Stephen Curry jersey is also on display at the bar.
