Operation Manager

We are a growing wine & whiskey retailer with a passionate, innovative, and hard-working team. We’re looking for an Operations Manager who is highly organized, detail-driven, and great with people. What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across logistics, inventory, sales support, and administration.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring smooth procurement and timely deliveries.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support events, promotions, and client experiences.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Implement and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
• Track and analyze operational KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, import/export regulations, and company policies.

• Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or office management (hospitality/F&B background is a plus).
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable with both hands-on tasks and big-picture problem solving.
• Strong command of English; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage
