Love Alcohol or people? Have a knack for connecting with people and spreading the word? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Marketing Assistant to help share our passion for exceptional wines and beverages with the world.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist with day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Help create engaging content for our website, social media, and newsletters.
  • Support events, tastings, and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Assist with photoshoots, product descriptions, and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the marketing team.


What We’re Looking For

  • A people-person with excellent communication skills (online and in person).
  • Passion for wine, spirits, and hospitality.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, or design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Master demos of our software

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
