Accountant

Join our dynamic wine & whiskey business as an Accountant who combines strong financial acumen with a passion for technology and process optimization. You’ll be instrumental in improving our accounting operations, taking ownership of automation initiatives, and delivering insightful reports that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all core accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end close.
• Drive process automation efforts (e.g., invoice processing, expense reporting, bank reconciliations) using OCR, RPA, or other appropriate tools to boost accuracy and efficiency  .
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and reports to support business decisions and monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and leadership to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring high data integrity and compliance.
• Keep accounting systems up-to-date and recommend enhancements as technology evolves  .
• Train and support team members on new tools, workflows, and best practices.
